A huge welcome  !

The Optimise team is really expanding this year. This month we give a warm welcome to Damien.

He joins us as an apprentice in the Office as a Steam Design Technician. He will also start college in Ipswich in September.

This month we welcome Aiden and James.

James is a welder with years of experience under his belt. He is eager to expand his knowledge in the steam industry and gain further welding certifications.

Aiden is another of our apprentices. He has enrolled at college and is all set for a career in steam !

 

A big welcome to Ben. Ben joins us with some experience in plumbing.

He has joined the Optimise Engineering Team as an apprentice and is starting college in September.

 

 

 

Matt started with us at the beginning of September. He has a background in welding but is very eager to learn all things steam !

He is keen to get his coded welder certification to enable his progression at Optimise.
