We highly value the application of Health and Safety within the workplace and on sites for our engineers and customers. We regularly update the training of our staff in their areas of expertise, whether it is with specific courses, study days or topical toolbox talks.

Its been a strange few months but our engineers have kept plodding onward and upwards throughout it all. They have even found time to complete some study days and brush up on their skills and knowledge. Congrats to Darren, Geoff and Craig on passing your required certifications !!

Justin and Craig also passed their IPAF training : Safety Harness, Mobile vertical (3a) & Mobile Boom (3b)
This theory and practical training cover key safety principles and provide our engineers with the required skills and knowledge to operate Mobile Elevated Work Platforms safely, accurately and efficiently.
Harness awareness and training is a crucial competency for any engineer who carries out work at height within their role. This training ensures the correct practices are adhered to by both employer and employee to ensure care, attention and maintenance is given to what are essentially life saving skills and actions. .
We began the year with our annual staff training and screening. All engineers took part in Abrasive Wheels, Working At Height and Fire Practice, all gained their certificates and a good two days of learning and increasing ones knowledge was had !
Lung function and hearing screening also took place. We appear to have a fit bunch as all staff that took part passed. So it really will be a happy and healthy new year start!
