Our engineers have many years of experience undertaking insurance inspection strip downs, re-tubing, D-patches and tube cleaning.

Vertical Steam Boilers are one solution we can provide as they require a smaller footprint. They also can provide almost instantaneous steam, although they do lack the steam capacity of the shell and tube steam boiler equivalent.

To reduce your downtime, we are able to arrange the appropriate boilers for hire, as well as the installation and decommissioning of the hired equipment.

In our own workshop we can fabricate and design skid mounted commercial steam boilers, plate heat exchangers and the associated equipment, such as our Containerised Plant Rooms.

We are accredited with Safe Contractors, CHAS, Construction Online and GasSafe.

Steam Boiler Annual Service (Five-Yearly)

Our team of specialist engineers work on all makes and models of commercial boilers, burners, plant and equipment.

We can liaise with your insurance inspector, and arrange a suitable date and time for inspections to be carried out. This includes five-yearly NDT inspectors and a reminder service can be provided on request.

This services includes the following:

NDT preparation work (five-yearly)
Inspection
Tube cleaning (scatter scaling)
Re-certification of safety valves and pressure gauges
Burner and combustion checks

Steam Boiler Cleaning & Descale

In the event of excessive boiler scale (due to insufficient water treatment) Optimise Heat & Steam, can provide a chemical descaling solution. A sample of scale will be analysed and the correct chemical solution applied.

This service includes the following:

Cleaning of commercial steam boiler tubes (scatter scaling)
Chemical descaling of commercial steam boilers
All insurance work undertaken
