Today is Mental Health Awareness Day. Optimise want to encourage, and have a culture of supporting mental health and emotional well being within the work place. With that in mind we have decided to add a Mental Health and Well being section to our Optimise bi-monthly staff newsletters that are sent out electronically.
Each Newsletter we will choose an area to talk about. We will try to include how to recognise potential problems, and when to seek help and guidance. We will show how, as employers we are able to provide support and offer possible solutions that maybe contributing to any mental health worries in work.
