OPTIMISE has the objective to become ISO 9001:2015 certificated by the end of this year.

As the Office Administrator I attended the course in ISO Quality Management. This enabled me to update my Quality Management Training to the latest version on ISO 9001 with QSL Ltd in Worcester.

It has always been our focus to meet customer requirements but by being ISO 9001, we will be able to do this in a standardised process through a Quality Management System and to have an internationally recognised certification. It was an extremely interesting and informative day. which OPTIMISE are looking forward to implementing in the coming weeks and months
