Our latest OPTIMISE project involved working on the installation of steam and condensate pipework to the relevant brewing equipment and associated valves and vents, for the micro-brewery at a well-known London Premier League Football club. This will be the first micro-brewery to be part of a stadium.
The challenge for this project was running 40 meters of hygienic stainless steel vent and discharge pipework. During the process we had to keep the appearance of the installation in line with the appearance of the brewery, which will be on display to the Supporters using the bar.
